Southern Gourmet Burgers 

Ingredients
5 lbs lean ground meat 
One pint Southern Hot and Spicy bbq sauce 
Southern (Louisiana Sweet Mesquite) Grill-N-Que Rub 
Bread crumbs 
Southern All-Purpose Seasoning 
Southern Spray Baster(BBQ Flavor) 

How to prepare
Put ground meat into a bowl, add one pint( Southern hot and spicy bbq sauce). Mix well into meat. Then add (2 teaspoons ) all purpose seasoning, (3 tablespoons) Rub, and (1/4 cup) bread crumbs. Mix all ingredients well into meat and make patties. For best results, cover patties and set in the frig or a cooler, for a few hours to achieve maximum flavor 

Cooking instructions
300 to 325 degrees is optimum temp. 

As you cook and turn the patties, spray with the spray basters to help keep the patties moist (use as much of the baster as you want, you can never have too much flavor) 

Now serve and enjoy .

Additional tips
Use Southern original bbq sauce, instead of mayo, mustard and ketchup, when making the burgers to create that awesome famous Southern BBQ Hamburger
